I postponed doing my mentorship because of a seriously hard last year. I am currently off on maternity leave and this is providing a perfect educational boost for me going back to work. Thank you so very much for what you are doing. You will never truly know the impact you are having on both nurses trying to provide the best possible care, and improving experiences for laboring people. Just know you are reaching farther than you may think. It is refreshing to take a course that focuses on patients advocating, rights, and education based practice that supports a more holistic approach to labor. Labor is natural, women can do it, we should only be there if needed to support. Sometimes we forget these things, becoming so wrapped up in the non-stop interventions that we have become so accustom to. This is a perfect reminder to just support when needed and empower laboring people through their journey. Thank you.Read more

I started this mentorship as an investment for myself and I have walked away with a plethora of knowledge and have made learned that my facility in a way is 'privileged' with some of our resources compared to others. It's eye-opening how I was taught one way, but can see the difference one micro change can do. I have been sought by providers or other nurses to take their patients and raise our NTSV scores. I've helped various TOLACS, including my own sister, get their successful VBACs. Thank you thank you thank you.Read more

This was such a valuable experience for me. I have been a L&D nurse for almost 10 years but always felt like I had big gaps in what I was taught...I was always asking "why" and looking to provide evidenced based care. Unfortunately, I don't think this is the norm for my unit and I felt a bit "extra". This course helped increase my confidence in myself, my practice, refocus my passions for doing what is best for the patient. I am now in a nurse educator/patient safety role and I know that taking this mentorship has really provided me with the foundation to be able to succeed and have sustainability in this work. Thank you for this experience.Read more

I loved every single class and have learned so much. I get positive feedback from patients in regards to communication and advocacy. I know my confidence would be way less without having done this, I’ve been doing labor for 1.5 years (and on an LDRP so about half of the time I do PP instead) but I have such a solid foundation of knowledge to build on through my career. My only regret is not starting the program sooner!Read more

I dove into mentorship unsure what I was getting myself into and if it would be worth the money. I came with an open heart and thirst for knowledge. Let me tell you, it blew away all of my expectations. Within the first couple of months, I felt so much more confident in my practice. As mentorship went on, then my coworkers noticed all of the amazing things I learned. I feel like my patients have better experiences and happier birth memories. I also feel like I love my job even more now. I feel equipped to be a game changer in the birth world. I have made connections I know I will carry with me throughout my career. Mentorship was worth every penny, and I recommend it to every L&D nurse. I can't wait to see Bundle Birth Nurses as a company grow and be apart of that growth.
