This class is exactly what I needed. I've been a L&D nurse for 10 years and I was never taught how to physiologically support birth. I feel like I have so many tools now to aid my patients. Sarah was an amazing instructor. I loved Sarah's enthusiasm and personality. She made learning fun.

Lindsey

I liked how the class touched on everything that could be faced with postpartum breastfeeding education. Teaching empowering moms and supporting decisions

Since we’ve been on this year+ long journey taking your classes, it has been profound to see the culture shift for existing staff and for the new grads to have this perspective from the very beginning. I think it’s also important to note that the content you teach to is possible in a very high-risk unit where most of our patients have an epidural, pitocin, and other medical things going on that it would make it seemingly impossible to accomplish all the things a standalone birth center could. You and your team’s mission has ignited a revolution for nurses – old and new – in regaining their passion for this craft and developing their atomy skills to directly affect our patient’s outcomes.

I took your live, online class: Supporting Physiologic Birth and LOVED it! The following day at work, I had the opportunity to use the new skills that you taught. I started with puppy pose and shake the booty as my patient was complaining of lower back pain. She was in awe of how beautifully that position worked. Her disposition changed and she became a happy camper once again. When it was time to push, I used mid knees as well as knees and feet out position and within three pushes we had to call the doctor in and her baby was born. As a first year labor and delivery nurse, I felt more confidence in that one shift than I have these past months in training. Thank you thank you thank you. I want to reach out and give you a hug. In addition, her doula was pretty amazed and was very complementary. I’m a Bundle Birth Believer! I’m so grateful for the added confidence.
